It's rated to -50 degrees. For the price, I think it's a steal. I bought it, thought haven't tried it out yet.

hey john do you know how much that grizzly bag weighed?

Yes, Chris... that's its only real downfall. It's about 10 lbs (I just weighed it). I decided that even though it's 1/6 of the total weight I want to carry on my back, I want something warm enough!

ya figures about the weight, but seems like some things will need to be sacrificed such as weight for a good sleeping bag that will last in that kind of weather
