john do you think you can seperate female and male plants when there young.

Gender of plants was something we never needed to be concerned about at the herb nursery. It's a subject that has always confused me a little. I know for reproduction that the female seeds need pollinated by a male, but we did about 80% by propagation anyway, and only about 20% by seed. Many times at home I would take seeds from herbs I had put in my own garden and planted them up and they would germinate with no problems.
